All Prices below are in Local Currency (The currency of the country of rental)

Your Rental Includes

Unlimited Kms,

First additional Driver
Free Pick up and Return to your residence – MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCED

Excluded Costs - all are subject to change, local tax and must be paid locally

Local Tolls or congestion fees – Please see separate note on London Congestion Charge – Please note local companies may charge an administration charge if you do not pay the tolls
GPS navigation units – £10 per day
Baby Seats – £8 per day to a max of £56 per rental
Out of Hours charges
Options to Reduce your Damage Liability Waiver and theft protection from £10 per day
Additional Drivers after 2. £5 per day to a maximum of £35 per rental.

Excess

£600.00 for groups MBMN (A group), ECMN (B group), CCMR (C group), CDMR (D group), SDMR (F group), SWMR (F estate), ECAN (B auto), CCAR (C auto), CDAR (D auto), SDAR (F auto) and SWAR (F estate auto).
£750.00 for groups SVMR (MMPV), FVMR (MPV), FVAR (MPV auto), IKMN (small cargo van), SKMN (medium cargo van), and FKMN (large cargo van).
£1,000.00 for groups PDAR (Small Prem Auto) and SFAR (Small 4x4).

Deposits

On collection of the vehicle, the rental charge at a £200.00 security deposit will be charged to the customer’s card. On acceptable return of the vehicle, the security deposit will be credited.

General Terms

There are no refunds on unused days
Bookings for ‘On Request’ vehicles will be confirmed to you within 72 hours.
Amendment, Cancellations and no show fees may apply – Please contact us to see what they may be
Changing your drop off location may result in an increased price
Vehicle Supplied with a ¼ Tank. Must be returned same.
Excess protection can be purchased at time of hire from the local Branch for £10 per day. This reduces your excess by £500.
Minimum age requirements apply and you must check before renting. Minimum rental age is 23 years. 23-24 year olds can only rent Group A (MBMN) and B (ECMN) cars. Age 25+ can rent all vehicles except Full size MPVs (MPV and MPVA), small premiums (PDAR) and 4x4s (IFAR). Age 30+ can rent all vehicles. Young driver surcharge of £30.00 per day applies to 23-24 year olds, this is not capped. The excess for young drivers is £1000. There is no upper age limit.
Vehicles cannot currently travel from mainland UK into Europe. However vehicle can travel over to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for a fee of 100GBP payable in the UK. Vehicles must be return to the UK mainland.
Drivers must be 25 years of age (23-24 subjects to terms) and must produce * Full current Driving licence Driving License * Passport as second form of identification. They must have held a licence for 2 years. Provisional or Learners licence are not accepted.
All International hirers from a non-EU country must provide a readable unexpired licence from their country of origin. If the license is not in English, an international driving licence Permit must be provided along with your driving license from country of origin and must be backed up with a passport. US, Canada, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand are exempt. *Please note: It is the driver's responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate driving licence. No refunds will be given for rentals rejected due to incorrect licence.
A Credit Card in the main driver’s name is essential for the bond. Extra Drivers must also produce full current licence and are subject to the above conditions.

Please note: when booking for more than 28 days, the vehicle must be returned to one of hundreds of Enterprise locations for a quick check up on the 28th day and every 28th day after that.

Congestion (Toll) Charges

Your Rental vehicle is not exempt from congestion charges within central London. Driving or parking in the congestion charging zone incurs a daily charge of £8.00, or £10 if the charge is paid after the charging day. This payment will allow you to enter, as many times as you wish that day. Congestion Charging operates Mon-Fri 7.00am to 6.30pm ex. public holidays. There are no toll booths; drivers must register the vehicle number plate with Transport of London. Payments can be made either online at www.cclondon.com, by telephone on 0845 900 1234, by SMS text message, at self service machines, selected petrol stations, selected retail outlets, BT internet kiosks, or by post. If the congestion charge is not paid by midnight the following charging day, enterprise will be sent a Penalty Charge Notice. Enterprise, by law MUST provide the name and address of the hirer of the vehicle when the contravention occurred. PLEASE NOTE: The (PCN) Penalty Charge Notice WILL BE £100.00 as with parking penalties, this is reduced to £50 if payment is made within 14 days. Failure to pay the penalty charge within 28 days will result in the penalty being increased to £150. If Enterprise is sent a penalty notice from Transport for London, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF £25 to the client. This is a standard administration fee charged to all customers in these circumstances. Enterprise process the £25 on the renter’s credit card. The signature on a rental contract gives full authorisation for applicable credit card charges to be processed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car for all Traffic Violations incurred during the rental.
